As managing owner, Art is the driving force behind the company’s mission. He guides the strategic direction of Driving Dynamics and is actively involved in helping clients improve their fleet safety and driver risk management performance.

Chief Operating Officer

Manages all hands-on operational aspects of the company and partners with the president and CEO in the aggressive and successful growth of the business.


Debbie Lodge

Vice President, Client Relations

Oversees the company’s account services team charged with delivering exceptional client and student support. Working with customers, she directs processes that leverage Driving Dynamics’ broad range of services to deliver value.


Jim Naatz

Vice President, Sales

Leads Driving Dynamics’ direct sales efforts, and oversees the development and implementation of the company’s sales strategy, with responsibility for growing revenue within existing and new markets, developing business plans and financial forecasts.


Irena Dmitry

Director, Marketing & Communications

Leads all marketing and communications programs aimed at ensuring that the company is positioned for high visibility across existing and new markets and driving revenue growth for the business.


Richard Traister

Director, Account Development

Assists fleets in achieving their driver training initiatives by leveraging Driving Dynamics’ array of training resources. Maintains and builds customer relationships by managing ongoing account-related needs and conducting strategic account reviews.


Ben Langley

Director, Training & Development Innovation

Spearheads the development, implementation and enhancement of the company’s cutting-edge training programs. Serves as editor for the company’s driver safety newsletter.


Jim Paterson

Director, CMV Safety Training & Operations

Manages a national team of behind-the-wheel instructors and oversees logistics and operations for the company’s commercial transportation training services to ensure an exceptional customer experience.


Sherry Jones


Provides financial leadership and is instrumental in forming accounting strategies. Manages financial statements, general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting and tax compliance.
