This three-day instructor-led program will prepare you to conduct personalized driver safety improvement coaching sessions. You will acquire vital skills needed to guide drivers toward addressing and correcting poor habits and risky behaviors. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate naming you as a Certified Driver Safety Coach.

Ben Langley
Master coach and director of training innovation and development at Driving Dynamics, Ben has nearly 30 years of progressive organizational, human resources, DOT, driver safety and leadership experience.
He piloted the company’s first coaching program in 2015 and has since coached more than 700 drivers to eliminate poor behaviors and reinforce safe driving skills. With his extensive driver safety knowledge and consultations with safety professionals, Ben is responsible for building the company’s results-oriented behind-the-wheel courses that solve client pain points and result in significant reductions in incident rates.
He earned an Advanced Driving Diploma from DriveTech International, part of Great Britain’s Automobile Association, and recently completed its Risk Watch Assessor course where he was awarded the top honor of Five Star Master Trainer.
Ben is the founder and president of Safety Wins Inc. an OSHA grant recipient and 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to reducing motor vehicle crashes by delivering high-energy awareness programs to adult and teen drivers through national and regional campaigns. He is a past board member of the National Safety Council (NSC) and is a graduate of NSC’s Supervisors Development program.
